Faculty Enrichment and Exchange Programs
Faculty Enrichment programs are organized by the Faculty Enrichment and Exchange Program Cell (FEEPC) of
St. Xavier’s College, Jaipur. These programs are dedicated towards enriching the teaching-learning
environment by opening newer avenues for an inclusive understanding of a subject. It focuses on the overall
academic development programs of the faculty members by organizing faculty development programs,
orientation courses, and workshops.
The Faculty Enrichment committee is responsible for conducting:
FDP of a minimum one - week duration are is organized in an academic session, after completion of the
courses (preferably in the month of March or April every year).
Special workshops with a focus on NAAC criteria in accordance with IQAC guidelines of our college.
Special interactive lectures about the latest trends in research, teaching, and learning for all the faculty
members of St. Xavier’s College, Jaipur.
The Committee also conducts Student Exchange Programs to expose students to non-traditional forms of
acquiring maximum knowledge in minimum time and to reinforce abstract learning with practical experiences.
Staff Interaction Program

The Faculty Enrichment Committee of St. Xavier’s College, Jaipur organised a Staff Interaction Program with Prof. S.P.M. Tripathi, Vice - Chancellor of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, on 6 March 2020.
FDP 2019-20, is being postponed due to COVID 19.
